Are menu tastings available?
Please speak with your Business Development Manager or Event Manager for more information on our menu tasting opportunities as this varies depending on the type of event you are planning.
We do offer the opportunity to attend a wedding menu showcase for confirmed events. These showcases are held biannually. Please speak with our Wedding Manager to gain more information.
Can guests arrive at the venue via water transfer?
A wonderful way to arrive (or depart) from your event is via water transfer or private charters. We are fortunate to have three easily accessible near by wharf’s in Kirribilli, Milsons Point and Lavender Bay.

Can Park rides be utilised for my event?
Luna Park Venues offer a unique opportunity to include the use of the Park rides during your event. Please speak with your Business Development Manager or Event Manager for more information on how we can enhance your guest experience by activating the Park rides.
Does Luna Park Venues offer a preferred suppliers list?

What is Luna Park Sydney operating hours?

What are the Responsible Service of Alcohol policies?
We are subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol conditions which include no bottles on tables, no shots or double serves of spirits. We do offer a number of beverage packages to suit every style of event and budget. Please speak with your Business Development Manager or Event Manager for more information.
Can we use external caterers?
Luna Park Venues do not allow external caterers.

For over a decade we have delighted hundreds of thousands of guests with our wide range of premium menus and beverage packages. We would be delighted to work with you to tailor a culinary package to suit your upcoming event.
Is an Event Manager included to assist with planning my event?
With a dedicated team of Events Managers supported by an on the ground operations team, we can ensure your event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Our Event Managers will schedule operational meetings and site inspections in the lead up to your event and will provide detailed run sheets, floor plans, menus and technical information for you.
Is onsite parking offered?
Luna Park Sydney has an underground parking facility that hosts 389 car spaces. This operates 7 days a week and is manged by a third party. Entry to the car park is via Paul Street, just off Alfred St South, Milsons Point.
The following parking rates apply:
0-1 hour $10
1-2 hours $19
2-3 hours $28
3-4 hours $36
4-5 hours $43
5+ hours $49
The fees above apply per 24 hour period. Maximum vehicle height is 1.9 metres. Hours of operation are 7am to 3am (No vehicle entry after midnight – exit only between midnight & 3am).
Please discuss with you Event Manager the opportunity to arrange pre-purchased discounted parking passes for your next event.
What is your Health Declaration in relation to Covid-19?
By attending a function, you agree to the following conditions of entry into Luna Park Venues:
- I do not currently have COVID-19.
- I am not showing any signs and symptoms of COVID-19 being fever (above 37.5 degrees Celsius), flu like symptoms, coughing, sore throat or headache.
- I am not required to self-isolate.
- I will follow good hygiene practices while onsite.
