Based in-house and working closely with our Event Managers, our talented culinary team possesses years of experience when it comes to delivering superior food and beverage options.
From the moment you engage our services, our Event Managers will work closely with you, scheduling operational meetings and site inspections in the lead up to your event. To ensure your peace of mind, you will be provided with detailed run sheets, floor plans, menus and all necessary technical information.
Furthermore, you can host your event in confidence, knowing that all our waitstaff are directly employed by Luna Park, with every member undertaking extensive training in customer service, food and wine service, tasting sessions, and holding current RSA certifications.
