To ride safely, you must not ride if you are subject to the following conditions:
- Recent surgery, medication, illness
- Heart conditions
- Broken bones, plaster casts or other injuries
- Pregnancy
- Motion sickness
- Fear of heights
- High blood pressure
- Back or neck complaint
To ride safely, you must be able to:
- Continuously grasp the safety restraint at both upper extremities.
- Independently maintain themselves in an upright position while seated.
- Absorb sudden and dramatic movements of a roller coaster.
- Possess sufficient upper body strength to keep their head and body in an upright position during acceleration.
- Be able to use both lower extremities to brace themselves in a seated position.
- Transfer down the lift (stairs) in the event of an evacuation.
